Trends We Love: Pops of Color

Your wedding day is meant to be special and it’s a representation of you and your spouse. Every wedding is unique, so your bridal gown should be unique as well! White may not be right for every bride and some brides may want to make a splash as they walk down the aisle. It’s your wedding day, so why not add some pops of color? It’s okay to step away from tradition and let your style shine through. Dany Mizrachi knows this first hand. His one of a kind, couture bridal gowns are the perfect example how to make your wedding one of a kind.

Daring Dress

If you are wanting a colorful ceremony and a dress to match, your options are as endless as your imagination. You should wear a dress that you love and that you’re confident in. Pick a color that will make you happy whenever you look back on your wedding photos. It’s your special day, so you should do it the way you want. You don’t have to go all in with a colorful dress. You can go with a neutral color, or you can opt for a dress with a colorful lining or petticoat. It’s a subtle way to add a hint of color that peeks out when you are walking.

Colorful Bouquet

Adding a few bright flowers into your bouquet will catch your guests’ eyes as you walk down the aisle. It’s simple but is just enough to add a slight burst of color into your big day.
A few flowers we love:
Amaryllis -  these flowers provide maximum impacts. These flowers are long-lasting and you only need a few stems to provide a lot of drama.
Anemone - These flowers are unscented, but provide beautiful color. Just a few of these bright blooms will breathe color into your bouquet.
Dahlia - These bold, bushy flowers have a history as dramatic as their appearance. This flower is the perfect fall bloom.

Bold Shoes or Sash

For some brides, less is more. If you want to stick with the tradition of the white dress, you can add just the right pop of color with bold shoes or a colorful sash. This doesn’t take away from the dress and it compliments your unique style. Instead of wearing the colorful sash yourself, give them to your bridesmaids. This adds color all around you and allows the focus to be on you and your dress.

Statement Jewelry

The jewelry you wear on your wedding day doesn’t have to be limited to the traditional pieces. All that glitters is not gold – it can be pink, purple, red, or blue. Whatever color you desire! You can add a fun necklace or bright earrings to give a pop of color to your look. There is no wrong or right when it comes to your wedding day.

Accessories

If you have trouble narrowing it down, or you just can’t commit to one color, extra accessories give you the option to add or take away as the mood strikes. Using colorful accessories allows you to keep the ceremony traditional but add something fun and bold for the reception. You can also play up your photo shoot with colorful props to add depth to your wedding pictures. Adding a splash of color can forever be a bright reminder of the beautiful memories from your wedding day.

Your wedding and wedding dress should be a representation of you and your style. There are many ways to add pops of color to your unique look on your special day. The possibilities when planning are endless. When it comes to finding the perfect wedding dress, Dany Mizrachi's haute couture wedding dress designs are easy to fall in love with.
